Paid Summer Internship Opportunities with ANR Group Inc.

I represent ANR Group Inc., a recruiting company based in Richland, Washington.  We have contracts with the Department of Energy - Richland Operations Office (DOE), Mission Support Alliance (MSA), Washington Closure Hanford (WCH), and Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) to recruit students for their summer intern programs on the Department of Energy site (Hanford site) in Richland, WA.

These intern programs allow students to obtain real world experience in their field of study and each intern is assigned a mentor that works with the student during the entire internship. In addition to gaining valuable experience, the interns are paid for the hours they work.

These companies are responsible for clean-up activities on the Hanford site. DOE oversees the projects associated with cleaning up the reactors, soil, groundwater, solid waste burial sites, and also manages the demolition of facilities, and the disposition of the remaining plutonium left on the site. MSA is responsible for services such as safeguards and security, environmental integration, site infrastructure and utilities, site business management, information resources and content management and portfolio management. WCH is responsible for remediation and restoration including decommissioning and demolition of buildings and ground water remediation. WRPS is responsible for developing new systems and technology that will help remove waste and sludge from old storage tanks.

If you have students that are looking for an internship, please have them visit our internship website, www.anrinterns.com to get more information and to apply for the program.  Students can also contact me directly at 509-946-1725, or via e-mail at jeromys@anrgroupinc.com.  I have also attached a flyer that provides additional information; please pass it on to any students or groups you feel would be interested in this opportunity.
