The Molecular Engineering and Sciences Institute
has completed the rebranding of our quarterly seminar, transitioning the
name from “Nanotech” to “Molecular Engineering”. With this change we
have also listed the seminar under a new prefix
and course number, MOLENG 520. When you create your schedule for
Autumn, please include the MolE seminar in your plans.
Two options for enrollment:
MOLENG 520: SLN = 17806
CHEM 597: SLN = 12301
The seminar is a one credit course held from 12:30
to 1:20 PM on Tuesdays, with speakers from institutions across the globe
traveling to Seattle in order to share their research with you. The
participation policy to receive credit is attendance
of at least 80% of sessions, and the asking of thoughtful questions of
the speaker each week. The seminar sessions are open to all, not just
those enrolling for credit. Please feel free to invite your friends and
colleagues regardless of if they are enrolling
