The
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Seattle University invites
applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Lecturer to begin September 2015.
The appointment will be for one year with the possibility of renewal for a
second year. The undergraduate electrical engineering program is ABET
accredited and prides itself on fulfilling the university’s mission of
educating the whole person, professional formation of students, and empowering
leaders for a just and humane world. Seattle University places particular
emphasis on quality teaching.
Primary
teaching responsibilities will include a variety of undergraduate electrical
and computer engineering courses. Teaching responsibilities will also include
advising a three-quarter long, industrially sponsored senior design project.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
