Electronics Instrumentation Products Prototyping Engineering Intern

Desired Educational Qualification:
Final Year Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, maintaining a 3.3/4.0 or higher GPA.

Duration of Work:
Initially 20-hours to start with; further more hours will be approved, upon satisfactory performance and based on program funding approvals.

Required Skills:
Skilled in: AC / DC Circuit Design, Embedded System Application Design and Development, Embedded C/C++/Java Programming, Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) and Wi-Fi communication layers integration development, ability to soldering and circuits making to casing to cut metals/glasses/tubes and welding/gluing/packing to finish prototype models.  We are looking for your hands-on skills, engineering design and products development skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing skills, and working well with others in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Other Requirements:
·         Applicants must be 18-years or older, possess a valid driver’s license and their own transportation, and provide 2-3 professional references.
·         Applicants must be: US Citizens, Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), valid work-permit or work-visa holders.
·         Applicants must reside in the local greater Seattle-Tacoma, WA region.
