Device & Process Integration Engineers
Candidate must possess a PhD, in the field or electrical engineering with a focus on device physics and solid state component technology.
Additional Qualifications:
- Semiconductor Physics and device reliability physics to design, characterize and model device performance
- Semiconductor Manufacturing and Process knowledge to work with process and integration engineering for process module target specification
- Digital and analog circuit knowledge to  work with design engineering for device target specification

Responsibility:
Successful candidate will work with engineers and technologists to develop compelling technical solutions for advanced Non-Volatile Memory technology like NAND, phase change, resistive RAM, etc.  (S)he will use process and device simulation tools to design and build devices, develop the required process and use the characterization data to understand and enhance them.  (S)he will develop new test structures, characterization techniques and test algorithms to improve device and process understanding.  (S)he will interface with the design, product and system engineering teams to understand the critical product needs and develop.

Logic Designer

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
Additional Qualifications:
- Understanding of digital electronics, logic design and verification
- Knowledge of digital design methodologies and tool flow
- Knowledge of custom logic based logic design
- Knowledge of HW description language and logic simulation
- Knowledge of synthesis and static timing analysis

Mixed Signal Designer
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

- Knowledge in analog circuit design, I/O circuit design, Differential Amps
- Knowledge in solid state physics, VLSI design

Preferred Skills:

IO Designer
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge in multi GT/s interfaces; ie PCIe, QPI, DDR, etc
- Knowledge in the design of PLL, DLL, high speed clock distribution and power delivery

Responsibilities

Component Design Engineers are responsible for the design and development of electronic components.  Responsibilities may include the design of chip layout circuit design, circuit checking, device evaluation & characterization, documentation of specifications, prototype construction & checkout, modification & evaluation of semiconductor devices & components, performing developmental and/or test work, reviewing product requirements & logic diagrams, planning & organizing design projects or phases of design projects.  Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.

CAD / Design Automation Engineer
In this position, you will interact with multiple Intel Business Groups requesting Design Automation support services (CAD) aligned with external EDA tools and flows leading today’s semiconductor industry.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various Electronic Design Automation (EDA) softward, flows and architecture
- Knowledge of Integrated Circuit (IC) simulation tools and related methodologies
- Knowledge of front-to-back flows with focus on analog and mixed signal solutions
- Knowledge of Cadence DFII* environment such as Schematic Composer and Virtuoso Layout Editor
- Knowledge of multiple CAD flows:  backend, frontend, custom, digital, collateral (PDK, FDK)

Responsibilities
In this position, you will be part of the Centralized Design Automation team (CDAO) working on the development and support of next generation IC design flows.   You may be responsible for tool evaluation, selection, support, collateral (PDK, FDK) or flow development for the NVM Solutions Group or other Intel engineering groups.

Product Engineer,  Test Engineer
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience in semiconductor device physics, strong programming skills, semiconductor testing
- Demonstrate experience (academic or job related) with Flash, SRAM, SDRAM Memory Components in the area of circuit design, fab processing
Responsibilities
Ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.  Following are examples of activities in which Product Development Engineers make significant contributions: Design, development and validation of testability circuits.  Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.  Development and debug of complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Development and debug of test patterns for Cache arrays, structural patterns for scan based design and functional (AV) patterns for component debug, validation and production test.  Design and debug of validation and production test hardware solutions.  Integrated Circuit debug, validation and redesign to guarantee component margin to spec.  Analysis of component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.  Analysis of early customer returns with emphasis on test hole closure activities.  Optimization of component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.  Plans and schedules daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment based on standard practices.

Device-System Integration
In this position, you will interact work with the System engineering team to integrate the fundamental device technology requirements (ie media management of raw bit error rate).

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience in computer programming, especially an ability to process and analyze large amounts of data and familiarity with related tools / techniques
- Demonstrate understanding of principles of statistics and familiarity with error detection and correction codes used in applications such as Hard Disk Drives and Solid State Drives
- Demonstrate familiarity with physics and characterization of electronic devices and related circuit models
- Demonstrate experience in technical problem solving capability and good teamwork, leadership and communication skills

Preferred skills:

Firmware Engineer, Validation Engineer, System Quality & Relibility Engineer, System Product Engineer
NOTE:  Different jobs, but the below description is being used to describe the core aspects of the positions.
In this position, you will be part of the Systems Engineering team responsible for firmware development, validation, or quality assurance for high-performance Solid State storage products.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience in software design and C/C++ development skills, object oriented thinking and design for modularity/extensibility
- Demonstrate experience in or knowledge of high-performance low-level system software development, embedded multitasking applications, and embedded system tool chains and debug methodology
-You should have the ability to write in scripting and programming languages for specific experimental data and data analysis for storage controllers.
- Analysis and reporting of the data requires strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred skills:
